US TIMESHARE EXIT

At US Timeshare Exit, we are committed to providing exceptional service to help you exit your timeshare. We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to ensure our clients are comfortable with their decisions. Below is our refund policy: 

1. 3-Day Right to Rescind 

Clients of US Timeshare Exit have the right to cancel their agreement and request a full refund within three (3) business days of signing the contract. 

  • To be eligible for a refund, the cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email or mail within three (3) business days from the date the agreement was signed. 
  • The refund request must include your full name, contract number, and a clear statement of your desire to cancel the agreement. 

2. Refund Process 

Once we receive your written request for a refund within the eligible time frame, we will: 

  • Review and verify your request. 
  • Process the refund within 10 business days of receiving your valid cancellation notice. 
  • Refund the full amount paid, without any deductions, using the original method of payment.

4. Exclusions 

After the 3-day rescission period, we are unable to offer refunds as significant resources and efforts will have already been dedicated to your case. All fees paid beyond this period are non-refundable.
